(1902) Ansel Adams- He's famous for taking pictures.  I'm not ripping on the guy, but he took pictures with a camera.  They were pretty pictures though.



(1927) Sidney Poitier- An important figure in improving black/white relations in the United States of America.  He helped make it okay to have more than just one black friend.

(1943) Antonio Inoki- He's the Hulk Hogan of Japanese wrestling.

(1963) Charles Barkley- You've got to give it up for Chuck.  He could play basketball with dominance in his day and he's just funny as hell to listen to talk.

(1964) French Stewart- I really liked his work on "Third Rock from the Sun."

(1967) Kurt Cobane- He made it look cool to mumble and die young.  RIP.
