February 12th Birthdays

(1809) Abraham Lincoln- The 16th President of the United States of America.  He also
historically
held the distinction of being one of possibly three presidents to be named if
you asked an average
American to name three presidents excluding the last two.

(1809) Charles Darwin- Who knew an opposable thumb could generate so much heat?

(1935) Ray Manzarek- The Doors are mostly identified with Jim Morrison, but Jim didn't
 play the
keys now did he?

(1938) Judy Blume- She wrote Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing.  Still one of my favorite books.

(1950) Steve Hackett- He played bass for Genesis.

(1956) Arsenio Hall- Arsenio was the man in America for quite some time.  He also presented an excellent target for In Living Color comedy.
